What a wonderful, colorful day.  We started cooking at 8 AM and did not stop till 9 PM & when I left at 9:30, the line for Tri Tip & the Beef Ribs was 10 deep!

The kids of Y-Strive are worth their weight in GOLD.  Love working with such eager kids - never had to ask twice for help, they were always there.

FIESTA - WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY

WOW,  HAS IT BEEN BUSY!!  About the time we think we are done cooking for the day - here comes more Tri Tip to put on.

It has been wonderful seeing friends and family and meeting new people!  We met a lady that "speaks" Chimpanzee!! And she was good at it!!

The dancing and music has been wonderful and the costumes are colorful.  Here are some pictures from the last two days.
